Our Story
Kick Fund Bite was born out of the time spent at home in 2020 when Covid locked the world down. Its Name comes from the playing style of my Kids. At that time, I was a full time Artist, Designer, and 1/3 owner of a pretty successful company that worked with artist all over the US. The two factors to start this Journey was more time to work on something new and I wanted Something for my kids that I thought they would enjoy as they got older. Kick Fund Bite did not start out designing toys, but it quickly developed into it after making a few of my own finally deciding what I really wanted to do with my skillset. I learned a lot through trial and error, I mean a lot of error! The biggest lesson was the high costs associated with the production of designer Art toys. Through my Artist friends that I had amassed over the years, I quickly found out that many of them aspired of creating toys as well, but few had the time or the knowledge of where to begin, much less the budget to do it all on their own. The only option left seemed to be getting approached by bigger toy companies with more funding. Some were, most were not.
I decided to shift gears and work on the idea of helping artists get they're on my designs and produced without costing them any money, while providing them with toys to sell for themselves. Once I was confident on the production side of things I ran a beta presale campaign through my Basic Website to see if we Could raise the money through presale to cover the costs of production. It was a mild success with some minor setbacks that ultimately resulted in Breaking even.. But! It also gave invaluable insight on what was needed to be done to refine the idea of what it would take to create a platform designed specifically help artists get their art on a premium designer art toy, make money, and not have to spend money while also creating a way for fans and collectors to get their hands on art that otherwise may have never seen the light of day!!

While Kick Fund Bite is dedicated to continuing to develop a community of artists, fans, and collectors while Kick Fund Bite is the platform dedicated to making it happen! It all works through the collaborative efforts from all sides. I'm grateful to get this far with the project and I can't wait to see where the future takes us! Thank you everyone! -MOUF
